Here is some general guidance for how to send e-pages to your alphanumeric pager or cellphone. In most cases it doesn't cost anything additional to receive messages. Your service provider may want you to buy additional services that you don't need if you just want to receive messages. Your mileage may vary.
Your cell or pager address is just like any e-mail address... anyone can send to it. Using an e-mail client that can send messages via the Internet, the sender addresses the e-mail message to your 10-digit-number@example.com. Your "10-digit-number" is the cell or pager number, including the area code, with no other punctuation. "example.com" is dependent upon your pager or cell service provider.
Fill in the address of the wireless device
Fill in the "subject" line (optional)
Compose the message
Send the e-mail in the normal manner
Be sure not to send long messages & do not include e-mail signatures. A couple of lines is usually a good guide. Be concise & don't repeat yourself (e.g Subject: Bring beer Text: Bring beer when you...)

If that doesn’t work, try your 10-digit-number@epage.arch.com If THAT works, contact Arch (256.536.4884 or 800.984.2724) & ask them to please fix it so pages can be sent to your 10-digit-number@archwireless.net. They know how to fix it.
