The Huntsville
Cave Rescue
Unit is based in Huntsville, Alabama.
We are an
organization,
comprised entirely of volunteers, specializing in cave, cliff,
high-angle, urban
and rough terrain search and rescue operations.
Our goal: Safe and successful evacuation of the patient from a hostile environment.
The HCRU is
ready to assist
any person or agency,
within the bounds
of
its charter, as a public service.
Member of the Alabama Association of Rescue Squads and a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization
